I lived at the Livingston Terrace for a year and had an overall positive experience. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the property is well maintained.The management team and groundskeeping responded quickly to requests and were very helpful with any issues that arose. Parking was sometimes an issue to find when coming back late at night since it is first come first serve but there was ample street parking around.

In terms of price/quality--easily the best place to rent in the New Brunswick area. The apartments' are spacious and the kitchens/bathrooms are beautifully designed. Management is very responsive and, based on personal experience, cares deeply about the wellbeing of its residents. The grounds are well kept and there is a strong sense of community among neighbors. Highly recommend to any prospective renters out there!!
